    • Once we have collaborated and agreed on the final details of your itinerary, and you've shared any special requests for your personalized experience, you're ready to proceed with the booking.
  2. Confirm Your Tour:

    • To confirm your tour, you will need to send a deposit. This deposit is typically 25% of the total tour cost, but it may vary depending on your specific itinerary.
  3. Send Your Deposit:

    • The deposit can be sent easily and securely online through a payment link we provide. This ensures a safe and hassle-free transaction.
  4. Booking and Arrangements:

    • Upon receiving your deposit, we will begin booking and arranging all the elements of your tour as per the agreed itinerary. Our team will handle everything to ensure your trip is exactly as you envisioned.
  5. Remaining Balance:

    • The remaining balance of your tour cost should be paid upon your arrival. You can choose to pay this either in cash or via Credit/Debit card. Please note that for card payments, there will be an additional 3% bank fee.
