1. Initial Deposit (25%): A 25% deposit of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Once this deposit is received and confirmed, our team officially locks in your hotels, domestic flights, permits, and primary tour services. (Note: For certain high-demand peak seasons or specialized destinations, a 50% deposit may occasionally be requested, which will be clearly communicated in your custom proposal).
2. Second Installment (65%): 65% of the total tour cost is due 25 days before your scheduled arrival at your destination. This allows us to finalize operational logistics, internal transfers, and local guiding schedules with our vetted on-the-ground partners.
3. Final Balance (10%): The remaining 10% of the total tour cost is due 7 days before your arrival, ensuring all final documentation and 24/7 concierge preparations are ready for your departure.
