Planet Travel Advisor Payment Policy
To ensure a smooth and successful booking experience, Planet Travel Advisor kindly requests that all reservations be made well in advance. Your spot on the tour will be confirmed once the required deposit has been received. The deposit amount will vary depending on the selected tour, number of travelers, and travel dates, and will be credited toward the total tour cost.
1. Overland Day Tours (Without Flights or Hotels)
For overland day tours that don’t involve domestic flights or hotel bookings, a 25% deposit of the total tour cost is required. You are welcome to pay in USD, EUR, GBP, or any major currency. Payments via Credit or Debit Card will incur a 3% bank processing fee.
2. Shore Excursions
A 25% deposit is required to confirm any shore excursion. This can be paid via Credit/Debit Card (no extra charge) or Bank Transfer. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival in cash or by card (a 3% card processing fee will apply).
3. Tours Including Domestic or International Flights
A 25% deposit is also required for tours that include flights. This can be paid via Card or Bank Transfer. The remaining amount is payable on arrival in cash (USD, EGP, etc.), or via card with a 3% bank fee.
4. High-Luxury Tours
To confirm any luxury or high-end travel experience, a 50% deposit is required via Card or Bank Transfer. The balance may be paid in cash upon arrival, or fully settled before arrival via card (+3% bank fee applies).
5. Full Travel Packages
For full-package itineraries that include multi-day experiences, accommodations, or multiple services, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due upon arrival in cash, or you may opt to pay in full before arrival via card (subject to 3% bank processing fee).
Important Notes:
Early booking is strongly advised to secure availability. Once your deposit is received, our team will begin confirming all tour services based on your requested itinerary. To make payments easy and secure, our tour operator will generate a dedicated payment link, allowing you to complete your deposit quickly and safely.

Planet Travel Advisor – Cancellation Policy (Excluding Peak Seasons)
To cancel a confirmed reservation, a written request must be submitted via email to your assigned travel advisor. All cancellations are subject to the following charges based on the date of cancellation prior to your scheduled arrival:

Flight Cancellation Fees:
All domestic and international flights booked through Planet Travel Advisor are subject to airline cancellation policies. Any charges imposed by the airline will be added to the above cancellation fees.
Non-Refundable Services:
In some cases, pre-booked services such as luxury accommodations, cruise packages, or high-demand excursions may carry stricter cancellation terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Refund Process:
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 21 business days, excluding bank fees or non-refundable costs. For peak season or custom trip policies, please refer to our Peak Season Cancellation Policy or contact your travel advisor for personalized terms.
Planet Travel Advisor – Peak Season Cancellation Policy
Peak seasons include the following dates:
- Christmas & New Year: From December 20 to January 31
- Easter Holidays: From April 14 to April 24
Due to high demand during these peak travel periods, the cancellation terms are stricter. If you choose to cancel your confirmed booking during these times, the following cancellation fees will apply:

All domestic and international flights booked through Planet Travel Advisor are governed by each airline’s own cancellation policy. Any fees charged by the airline will be added to the cancellation charges listed above.
High-Demand Services:
Some services, such as Nile cruises, 5-star hotels, and luxury experiences, may have non-refundable conditions during peak seasons. This will be communicated clearly before confirming your booking.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be processed within 21 business days, excluding non-refundable costs and bank transaction fees. For clarification or to understand your specific tour’s cancellation terms.
