Day 1
Saigon Arrival
Upon arrival at the airport, after clearing customs procedures, please proceed to the exit gate and look for your guide, who will be waiting in the lobby holding a signboard with your name on it. Your guide will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. (Early check-in is not included and is subject to availability).

Day 2
Saigon City Tour and Cu Chi Tunnels
With over eight million inhabitants and four million motorbikes, Saigon is truly a city that never sleeps.
In the morning, enjoy a half-day city tour with your guide, who will provide insights into everyday life in Vietnam. You'll visit famous landmarks, including the colonial-era government quarter, with its vibrant yellow French-style post office. Next, step off the tourist track to experience local life in bustling Saigon. You'll also visit Cho Lon, one of the world’s largest and oldest Chinatowns, and learn about the Vietnamese and Chinese communities there.
In the afternoon, head out of town to see the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, where thousands of Viet Cong soldiers lived during the Vietnam War. If you're comfortable with narrow spaces, you can enter a few of the tunnels. Exhibitions and videos on how the tunnels were used are also available.
In the evening, enjoy leisure time. You can dine at a trendy restaurant or cocktail bar, or try street food near Ben Thanh Market.

Day 3
Cai Be Floating Market / Mekong Delta
Today, head to the Cai Be floating market to explore the typical life of the Mekong Delta.
Upon arrival at Cai Be land market, visit rice factories in An Cu Village, followed by a trip to Dong Hoa Hiep to visit an ancient house. Next, visit the Cai Be floating market and a handicraft workshop by boat. Afterward, head to Tan Phong Island, where you'll take rowing boats along the small canals.
You'll visit Mekong Ecolodge for a short break, then take bicycles to explore the island. During your visit, you'll learn to make jackfruit leaf cakes, a local specialty. Afterward, relax in hammocks under the shade of a 200-year-old milk fruit tree.
Say goodbye to the local house and continue to another house to learn how to knit water hyacinth. You can even create a beautiful hat under expert guidance. Finally, return to Mekong Ecolodge for a cooking class, followed by lunch.

Day 4
Saigon – Danang Flight – Hoi An
This morning, take a flight to Danang.
From Danang, you'll drive approximately 45 minutes to Hoi An. Check into your hotel and enjoy the rest of the afternoon at leisure.

Day 5
Hoi An City Tour
This morning, stroll through the charming streets of Hoi An. Visit the local market, an ancient Chinese temple, the Chinese Assembly Hall, and the iconic Japanese-covered bridge.
After your leisurely walk, board a boat for a scenic cruise down the Cua Dai estuary, taking in views of life along the river.
Return by midday for free time. Enjoy the peaceful ambiance of this quaint ancient town or visit some of the skillful tailors for which Hoi An is renowned.

Day 6
Hoi An – Local Farming Experience
After a relaxing morning, check out of your hotel and meet your bus.
Drive outside Hoi An to a local farming family's home, where you'll enjoy lunch. Upon arrival, you're welcomed with a traditional herbal drink before taking a stroll through the local farmland. Learn about the village's history, observe the harvesting process, and discover the culinary and medicinal uses of herbs and vegetables grown there.
After lunch, relax before returning to Hoi An town in the late afternoon. The rest of the day is free at your leisure.

Day 7
Hoi An – Hue
This morning, drive to Hue. Pass through the Lang Co fishing village, set within beautiful blue lagoons, and head over the spectacular Hai Van Pass. Stop at the highest point to take in panoramic views at 980 meters above sea level.
After stopping for lunch at Da Nang Beach (where you can take a refreshing dip), continue driving to Hue. Upon arrival, check into your hotel.

Day 8
Hue City Tour – Hanoi Flight
Today, visit Hue’s oldest 19th-century pagoda, Thien Mu Pagoda, famous for its Buddhist teachings.
Board a dragon boat for a cruise down the Perfume River, passing through Hue’s town. Afterward, visit the Hue Citadel, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Vietnam's former imperial capital. Learn about the daily life of the royal family and the architecture of this historic complex.
Next, visit Minh Mang Tomb, the resting place of one of the Nguyen Emperors. Before returning to the hotel, stop at Dong Ba Market for shopping.
In the late afternoon, fly to Hanoi. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel.

Day 9
Hanoi City Tour – Lao Cai by Train
Hanoi is known for its history, architecture, charm, and cuisine.
Start by visiting the Ho Chi Minh Complex and Ba Dinh Square, an important pilgrimage site for many Vietnamese. See the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, his stilt house, the Presidential Palace, and the One Pillar Pagoda. Then, visit the 11th-century Temple of Literature, Hanoi's first university.
Next, enjoy lunch at Bun Cha Huong Lien, where President Barack Obama dined with Anthony Bourdain.
In the afternoon, visit the Ethnology Museum, which provides an insightful glimpse into the lives, customs, and habits of Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups. End your day by walking through Hanoi's Old Quarter, famous for its bustling streets and colonial architecture.
After some free time, transfer to the train station for an overnight trip to Sapa.

Lao Cai – Sapa
Arrive in Lao Cai early in the morning and drive to Sapa, a beautiful mountain region known for its stunning vistas and rice terraces.

Return to the hotel for free time in the afternoon.

Day 11
Sapa Villages Trek

Sapa – Lao Cai Train Station – Hanoi

Hanoi – Halong Bay Overnight Cruise
Arrive in Hanoi early in the morning and transfer to Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enjoy a welcome drink and a freshly caught seafood lunch on board while sailing past incredible limestone formations.
Participate in activities such as swimming, kayaking, and visiting caves. In the evening, enjoy a cooking demonstration followed by a seafood feast. Optionally, try night fishing.

Halong Bay – Hanoi
