Day 1
Hanoi Arrival – Short City Tour – Street Food
Upon arrival at the Airport, after clearing all customs procedures, please proceed to the exit gate and look for your guide, who will be waiting in the lobby, holding the signboard with your name. Your guide will meet you and transfer you to the hotel. (Early check-in is exclusive and subject to availability).
Then we enjoy a one-hour cyclo trip around the trading area in Hanoi Old Quarter, wander around Hoan Kiem Lake, and visit Ngocson Temple and Hanoi Old Quarter with the markets—dinner with local food such as Pho or Bun Cha. We invite you to an egg coffee cup at a coffee shop, which can be found in Old Quarter.

Day 2
Hanoi Cooking Class Tour
At 8.00, our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in the Old Quarter and drive 5 minutes to the Cooking Class.
The hosts will warmly welcome you and introduce their members and their lives. The tour guide will teach you some simple phrases in the "local language" in 30 minutes. It is essential to help you learn shopping skills and spend the currency "VND" with friendly sellers.
You then will start cycling (or walking) to the local market, only 5 minutes; it's a great chance to buy local things by yourself and experience a variety of foods from all the groceries such as herbs, spices, vegetables, meats, fish, fruits which are so fresh. Everything brings you very close to the simple life (herbs and spices are essential to authentic Vietnamese food); you will have fun communicating and using body language with locals and incredible and unforgettable memories. Do not forget to take some photos with them.
At 10.00, Complete your shopping, and we come back to our home to prepare and cook by ourselves under the instruction of the tour guide from the beginning to the end; learning how to marinate and spice will be the most crucial lesson. You will also enjoy decorating dishes with carrot flowers, lemon grass stems, banana leaves, and curved chili. The authentic magical sauce mixed with fish, water, sugar, lime, chili, garlic, and herbs is straightforward.
At 12.00, enjoy your meal at the ideal dining place with a beautiful view of the Red River and the Eiffel Tower, built in 1902 by the French architect Gustave Eiffel.
At 13.00, our tour guide will transfer you back to your hotel.

Day 3
Hanoi – Halong Bay – Seafood
Your Vietnam Beach vacation begins with a trip to Halong Bay, a collection of almost 2000 islands and jungle-clad limestone pillars in the Tonkin Gulf. Called “Bay of Descending Dragons” in Vietnamese, the archipelago is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a world-famous travel destination.
Leave the hotel with a shuttle bus and go to Halong with a pass-through of fantastic scenery en route to tranquil villages and buffalo on fields.
Upon arrival, enjoy a welcome drink and a delicious freshly caught seafood lunch while sailing out of the Bay, passing amazing-shaped mountains. Enjoy the seascape from the sundeck or even in your private cabin through a glass window. To get more experience, go swimming or kayaking and visit caves on the island. In the late afternoon, we take part in a Vietnamese cooking demonstration by the onboard chefs and enjoy the seafood feast for dinner as stars emerge from behind those jungle-clad limestone pillars.
We spend the night on board in the elegant cabin, which has handicraft wooden interiors and air conditioning. Alternatively, we can go night fishing before our overnight stay aboard.

Overnight: Cruise in Halong Bay
Day 4
Halong Bay – Hanoi
Rise early to catch the sunrise over Sung Sot Cave while taking part in a Tai Chi class with the boat’s Tai Chi guru.
Enjoy a light breakfast, and sit on the upper deck to relax while taking in the breathtaking beauty of the rocky islands rising from the emerald water of the bay. Then, explore Sung Sot Cave, swim, and relax. Return to the jetty while brunch is served as you cruise through the bay and observe more fascinating rock formations.
Return to Hanoi by cruise shuttle bus.

Day 5
Hanoi – Departure
All good things must come to an ends; you have free time until transfer to the airport for a departure flight with a bid farewell (Late checkout is exclusive and subject to availability)
