4 Days Siem Reap Tour

Upon arrival at Siem Reap Airport, meet with the local guide and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Early check-in is not included and is subject to hotel availability. Enjoy free time at your leisure.

Begin the day exploring Angkor Thom, the ancient royal city of the Khmer Empire, with its central Bayon Temple—Marvel at the iconic faces of former King Jayavarman VII. Your guide will also take you to the Terrace of the Elephants, where the King once greeted his victorious army, and the Terrace of the Leper King, which features intricate carvings that lead to the Baphuon complex.

In the afternoon, visit Ta Prohm Temple, a beautiful site overgrown with fig trees, creating a haunting yet exotic ambiance. Witness the intertwined roots and stone blocks that lend a ‘forgotten city’ feel. Proceed to Angkor Wat, a modern wonder of the world. Explore the vast site, learn about the Khmer Empire’s prosperity from the 9th to the 13th centuries, and stroll through the intricately carved hallways, discovering small shrines still used today.

In the late afternoon, enjoy a leisurely walk up Bakheng Hill for panoramic views over Angkor Wat as the sun sets.

A 1.5-hour drive north of Siem Reap brings you to Phnom Kulen, an area providing water to Siem Reap and viewed as the birthplace of the ancient Khmer Empire. Visit the eight-meter-tall reclining Buddha statue and wash your hands at the Linga statue to purify your mind and body. Explore the River of One Thousand Lingas and take a refreshing dip at the nearby waterfall.

After lunch, continue to Banteay Srei Temple, renowned for its exquisite red sandstone carvings. Then, visit the Rolous Group Temple to end the day.

On your final day, visit the Chong Kneas Floating Village on Tonle Sap Lake and enjoy a boat trip to witness daily village life. Discover the natural beauty of Tonle Sap and gain insights into traditional riverside lifestyles. End with a visit to an Artisan Dangkor workshop before transferring to the airport for your departure flight.
